Here is the interval chart for today's row for context. No data for Adam again today as we swapped out his pod for Dave's.

Downstream:

Steady State (int4). Most likely caught a bit of the Reverse Pic drill which is why Eric & Rene's power start off weird.

Workout:

Work for today was same as Wednesday, 7x2'@24/1'@34. Swapped power/time chart for both slip/time and wash/time for each piece. Added a timestamp to the video to try to give context for the slip/time and wash/time graphs.

Skipping to the 2nd Piece (int 17) as the 24/34 sections were melded together on the first. This is in the video, however Steve pulled away from the boat. Starts at 07:54
